Uttar Pradesh, led by Rinku Singh, play their second game of the tournament following a wash-out in the first against Jammu and Kashmir and would want to take all available points.

On the other hand, Mizoram also will be eyeing an unlikely win after their match against Chhattisgarh was abandoned due to rain.

The tournament comes with much added significance as the ICC Champions Trophy is less than two months away. 

While the majority of the squad picks itself, there are still places up for grabs and good performances in the Vijay Hazare Trophy will put players in good stead ahead of the squad selection.
